Filling a Prescription From the Pending Tab

Prescriptions in the Pending tab (Workbench > Prescriptions > Pending) will remain there until they are processed or cancelled.

To resume filling for a pending prescription in PharmaClik Rx:

1. Navigate to Workbench > Prescriptions > Pending.
2. Select the prescription to fill.
3. Select the Detail button. The prescription opens in Rx Detail.
4. Make any necessary changes in Rx Detail.
5. Select the Fill button.
